At Clan 72, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our procedures and guidelines.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends, 'Out-of-office' periods and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- If there is a high volume of orders or any unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Domestic Shipping (within Singapore): 2-7 days.
- Shipping fee is a standard S$3.50 for all orders.
- Customers qualify for Free Shipping within Singapore if their orders exceed S$50.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
- We use EasyParcel's services to ship our local orders, delivery services are handled by them and once booked, we will be relying on the delivery service provider to fulfill the order in our stead.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
