Refund policy

Pertaining to hygiene concerns, Clan 72 does not accept returns for all purchases– be it due to requesting for a change of size/design, or a change of mind. Hence, please review your order carefully before making a purchase.

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

However, you may join our Telegram group here to trade among others (at your own risk)!

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at bonjournihao@clan72.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it; including its original packaging.
• It should be unused, including the gel tabs. 
  
• You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our team will do their best to get back to you at the earliest opportunity, as to which all such occurrences will be processed on a case-by-case basis. 

We do not accept items returned to us without prior approval.
