At Clan 72, we take pride in delivering high-quality, exclusive designs. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Due to hygiene reasons, press-on nails are final sale unless defective.

• Limited-edition and custom items are non-refundable.

Return Process

1. Submit a Return Request – Email bonjournihao@clan72.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Approval & Shipping – If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

3. Refunds – Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method (processing time: 5-7 business days).

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products

• Limited-edition drops

• Press-on nails (unless defective)

• Items without original packaging
